  • To transfer an idea by a student or student team into commercial product or service and business proposal.
  • To make an executive summary with the sufficient content and quality to interest potential partners and investors.
  • To learn how to make written and verbal presentations.
  • To get exposure to the high tech and VC industry .
  • To get exposure to international business (L’Oreal business game) .

IDC

 

The course is being offered at the IDC as a part of the Management Seminar for third

year Business Administration Students at the Arison School of Business and the Raphael

Recanati International School.



The Management Seminar is a year long course that covers the various aspects and stages

of writing a business plan for both new ventures or existing businesses.



Students who participate in the competition and fulfill all the requirements of the

competition (attendance and exam/business plan) may use their work product completed in

the competition toward their project as part of the seminar.

 

Credits: 2 credits subject to turning in a developed business plan in addition to

competition requirements.

The "Entrepreneurship and the writing of a Business Plan" seminar is aimed at preparing a

Business Plan (BP) for a new enterprise in its early phases when its strategic plan is

formalized, goals and vision are set and an action plan for achieving these goals is prepared.

The course is part of the HMBA program at BGU, and will be conducted in collaboration

with the BizTech business plan competition of the Technion.



Credit points: 1.5 each semester, total of 3
